Introduction

Muscles are the engines of the movement. A muscle is a bundle of fibers, whose most prominent property is contractility. Thanks to this power, the muscle fiber bundle contracts when it receives proper order. When it contracts, it shortens and pulls on the bone or structure subject. Finish the job, returns to its rest position (Tieck, 2011).

Muscular system consist of three Types of muscles

Skeletal Muscles

Skeletal muscle has striations (alternating light and dark bands), is voluntary and multinucleated. It attaches to bone and causes movement of the bones (Roza, 2012).
