Introduction

The main objective of National Health Service is the development of communities, by searching for power and various other factors that inhibit growth and social progress amongst them. Social services aim to control or eliminate social vices and issues as poverty, deprivation, unemployment, disease and substandard living conditions, which goes beyond the ability of individuals who suffer from it. It works on the principles of studying the causes of the ills in society in order to address and combat the causes using the most appropriate means. This requires effective participation in society to eliminate or minimize their effects and damages, to a minimum. The philosophy of social service in the concept of social moral and so the roots of the philosophy of social service relate and link to religion and humanity. The philosophy of social service based on the following pillars:

Belief in the value and dignity of an individual

Belief in individual differences, whether between individuals or communities, or the upper hand.

Belief in the right of the individual to exercise his freedom within the limits of societal values.

Individual's right to self-rally with no lactation rights of others.

Provide social service to social justice between sex and another or between religion and another.

Belief in love and tolerance.

Believes that man is the unique resource of change and social well-being while helping to fulfill the social roles such as the role of head of household in the production and work.

Empowerment of Teams and Team-building approach

In our outwardly appearing very sensible world, emotional aspects play a crucial role, whether in relation to employees, customers or friends (Smith, Rebecca, 2010, p. 6). The approach to team building adopted included the following:

Trust, understanding and partnership come from the heart, not from the mind.

Team Building - Activities and events they experience intense encounters that combine permanent and remain in memory even after years (Smith, Rebecca, 2010, p. 6).

The possibilities are endless: whether they want to expand their relationship with their customers to a individual partnership, to motivate their staff and distinguished, or want to increase the identification with the organization: everything is possible and worked out individually on their goals and desires through. An outdoor event is also an instrument of personal development, without this the participants are aware that learning can be experienced with fun and excitement, met the challenges together.

Though, it can be said that the team building approach employed is effective, yet it can be said that the team should be such that it should focus on the achieving goals and encourage creativity and problem solving techniques. It should provide the members of the team with a conceptual framework and operational tools with reference to the Government of the processes involved in the performance of roles towards the identification and achievement of objectives, with a view to taking personal responsibility (Smith, Rebecca, 2010, p. 6).
