Abstract

In this study we try to explore the concept of “Negotiation styles” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “business culture in Canada and Australia” and its relation with “Negotiation styles prevailing in Canada”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “topic” and tries to gauge its effect on “Negotiation Techniques of Australia”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “Successful Business between Australia and Canada”.

Negotiation is defined as a process which includes discussion between two or more parties, which seek to find out a solution to an existing common problem (Nixon, 2005, pp. 9). It is important for a businessman or people related to the business world to develop negotiation skills in order to maintain healthy relationship with their business personnel and customers, make successful deals, manage conflicts and solve various problems that occur in the business context. There are various tips and steps that an individual could follow to in order to develop and improve negotiation skills and bring out positive business outcomes.
