Introduction

A nurse is a healthcare professional who, in collaboration with other members of a wellbeing care team, is to blame for: treatment, security, and recovery of acutely or chronically ill individuals; health advancement and upkeep inside families, groups and populations; and, treatment of life-threatening emergencies in a broad variety of health care settings. (Carl, 2010)Nurses present a broad range of clinical and non-clinical functions essential to the consignment of wellbeing care, and may also be engaged in health and nursing research. Both Nursing functions and education were first defined by Florence Nightingale, following her experiences caring for the hurt in the Crimean Way (Halsey, 2009).

A nurse practitioner is a registered nurse (RN) who has additional education and training in a specialty area such as family performs or pediatrics. Pediatric and family perform NPs can supply regular health care for kids (Donahue, 2010). Nurse practitioners (also mentioned to as sophisticated practice nurses, or APNs) have a master's degree in nursing (MS or MSN) and board certification in their specialty. Discussion and Analysis

If we discuss the topic nurse practitioner we can say that it is a very noble cause to become a nurse as they are the people who serve humanity regardless of any thing. Though they are not doctors and are not respected in the same way but still we cannot deny the fact that they are serving humanity in a positive way (Sergison, 2009). To be licensed as nurse Practitioner, the nominee must first entire the education and teaching necessary to be a nurse, then go on to complete a graduate-level nurse practitioner program. Next, the nominee should overtake a nationwide board certification in their locality of specialty (Donahue, 2010). Registered nurses primarily taught at the associate degree or diploma grade should first complete a Bachelor of research in Nursing (BSN) or go in diverse programs proposing an ADN-to-MN/MSN connection program, some of which award the bachelor's degree while accomplishing the obligations for the master's (Carl, 2010).
