Introduction

My aspiration since childhood has been to become a Nurse. There are several premises that have aided me in deciding my inclination towards Nursing. Crucial premises, which aided me, into deciding my career as well as my career road map, are my mother, my teacher and my interest in the field. I am confident that I am apt for this field and have the passion to excel in this field. My passion and my determination are the two major components that have motivated me from the start. My ability to be self-motivated along with passion and determination will facilitate me in achieving my ultimate goal. My interest in the profession of Nursing is firmly rooted in my personal desire to be thoroughly involved in the betterment of the health of others, to attain knowledge in the distinct and unique topics related to the profession of health care and precisely nursing. This field will aid me in possessing the means to explore my fullest potential through a meaningful career.

My inclination towards humanity initiated when I was 9. Since the start, I have seen my mother playing an active role in helping the underprivileged of the society. My mother used to conduct fundraisers for families who did not have the money to undergo expensive medical treatments. My mother also used to voluntary work in NGO's. There were a lot of times when my mother used to take me along. I was taken along when neither my father nor my siblings used to be at home to take care of me.
