Introduction

There are thousands of different jobs around the world. Most of these works have branches that person, even more opportunities. Although nursing has not always been broad, caring and now has a lot of different positions.

Nursing is a career that has more than one definition. Scientists still do not agree on one definition. Some say that this love nurses. A nurse is caring for people, who are sick in all respects, and sometimes all a person needs to love and someone to talk to. A scientific definition for nursing is "notes, assessment and reporting of symptoms, reactions and progress of patients, manages medications, helping the rehabilitation of patients, instruct patients and their families in proper care, but also helps to maintain physical and emotional environment that promotes recovery" . (Field 2004)The nurse not only helps individuals but also to help families and groups to ensure health and prevent disease. Although there are many definitions of nurses, most people say that this nursing career, which requires a nurse to help sick or injured person.

The aim of this paper is to discuss a variety of reasons, nurses and student nurses to join professional organizations. Following this discussion, the three organization-specific deals. Choosing to pursue a career in the field of nursing is a solid decision with many career opportunities available. With the current career outlook, those who choose this path can be assured that there will be job openings and advancement opportunities for years to come. However, many prospective nursing students wonder whether they should pursue an RN or a BSN to maximize their advancement and earning potential.
