Introduction

As a matter of fact mentor is a person who has various set of responsibilities that must be fulfilled in order to come up with positive, potential as well as fruitful outcomes. Being a mentor I was the responsible person to see whether every single thing is moving with pace and every student is getting right as well as proper attention. Proper attention is very much important and this is one of the major fact due to which betterment can be made. I being a mentor face numerous students and to judge among them that who is better and who is not is a difficult part. My departments' aim is to actually see what the actual need of every student is and teach them as well as guide them accordingly. In the beginning we actually do not have any students yet but along with this our department depict how it actually works by showing policies, code of conducts and other important things as mentioned in the handbook as well (Galbraith, 2004, p.500).

As per one of a latest research, highlighting background knowledge is important because this is one of the main reason as well as an important way with the help of which we can know how much a student has knowledge regarding any issue and what are his / her strengths as well as weaknesses. This is therefore termed to be known as one of the best practice with the help of which best possible outcomes can be easily generated. Along with this, for me teaching methods are very important and rather asking from students which method they prefer, I do like to demonstrate my knowledge in different ways and then judge them accordingly, by this I can actually rectify which method my students like the most. Therefore, I usually follow this practice and this is termed as the best possible way with the help of which my students are actually very keen to learn new and different ways as well. As per one famous researcher, knowledge should be demonstrated in a way that is suitable. Therefore, I always first highlight the key areas of every student and then work accordingly. By this my every student gets what he or she wants and generates potential outcomes as well. Learning is something that can generate effective outcomes if done in a proper and well organized manner. Therefore my priority is always to see what my students need and then I move accordingly. As a matter of fact, this actually helps in generating effective outcomes as well and with the help of this best possible outcomes are generated in a short period of time as well (Fielding, 1999, p.330).
