E-net has significantly changed the way we live and the way we look at things. E-net usually refers to internet which is the network of networks of interconnected computers. Now internet affects all of us in one way or the other because of its countless applications in our daily life. In the following essay I will present the evidence about how internet or e-net has slowed down the time.

In this section, I would present the hard true evidences about how time has seemingly slowed down with the help of E-net.

First of all, e-net has contributed immensely to then field of education. The Internet contains a vast amount of information covering a wide variety of topics. It hosts library catalogues, articles, news items, reports and grey literature, multimedia, reference information, company information and personal opinions. The information is created from many different sources including academic institutions, government agencies and NGOs, professional organizations, commercial information and individuals-net has allowed all of us to enjoy the access to countless databases for the research. At the same time students and teachers can have access to the e-books by using high speed internets. Online learning or e-learning is basically the product of applications of e-net (Organ, McGurk, 1996, pp. 31-9).

Another important application of e-net is in the shape of e-government. E-Government has primarily been considered as a smart means to achieve economical benefits and reduce the administrative burden.
