Introduction

In recent years much has been said about emphasis on academic credentials of meaning in American life. [In] the cruel and largely ignored, practices the type ablebodied parallel world of accreditation of persons with disabilities. Too often child or adult with the disability just found out that prerequisite for being in social situations where the simple cry of the person with cerebral palsy, the touch by the blind person or the nod or the grin of joy is right, and now communicates more than mere words, is the normal body. Above all our emphasis on mechanical aspects of communication reflects (or at least consistent with) an important fact about cultural attitudes towards disability (Hardee, 2003).

To focus exclusively on sensory and motor constraints in message, and ignore environment in which all sociological communications depends, is, in fact, to ratify systematic exclusion of the large number of people with disabilities in situations of true intimacy. All too often end up helping not communicate communication severely disabled adults and patients themselves (Duffy, 2001).

It is to recognize that each of us broadcasts this information in many "wavelength" at same time, only one of these wavelengths being captured by the summary of what was actually said. We play with our style of oral discourse, our grammar, our choice of words, our ingenuity and our accent. We broadcast through our voice, our tone, our clarity of articulation, by way the pause between phrases and words for our country, and our timber (Duffy, 2001).

We play through gestures that consciously or unconsciously, make his arms and legs, and if arms and legs are paralyzed that emits the powerful message indeed. We have passed through our facial expressions. We do this even if we are blind and do not control what other states in our face. We play by our position, our motor control, and general form see, the member broadcasts ...
