This paper will provide a research based on online business. The online business I have chosen for the research is food retailer named Organic Food Frontier. Organic Food Frontier is a new organic food retailer company, located in London. The company was established in 2008 and since its inception, it has churned in major profits thus marking a brilliant entry into the already fiercely competitive organic food retailer market in the Britain, Organic Food Frontier's mission is to provide comprehensive organic food retailing services for online customers (Prince, 2006). Frontier Market will offer customers organic and in the local area grown produce, chemical- and preservative-free groceries, cruelty-free body care and eco-household products. All of our goods are healthy alternatives to the goods accessible at accepted grocery chains. Located in the heart of the growing section of New York, the market will assist a community of 25,000 inhabitants. The creation of the market is in answer to the growing demand in the community for a localized natural food shop.

We live to appeal and maintain customers. When we adhere to this maxim, everything additional will fall into place. Our services will exceed the expectations of our customers. Targeting potential organic food retailing clients has long been perceived as controversial step of Organic Foods due to their immature cognitive abilities and limited consultancy skills and experience. Less consideration has been focused on how these targeting impacts on relationships between Organic Food Frontier & Other organic food retailing companies and the food market itself or on the importance of responsible corporate behavior in such relationships (Thompson, 2008).

Organic Food Frontier is a new firm engaged in providing valuable organic food retailer services to its clients online through a web marketing and trading community on the Internet. Organic Food Frontier, with its inception has changed the paradigm of organic food retailer services via internet by developing a Web-based community in which clients are brought together in an efficient and entertaining organic food retailer services format to buy and sell personal organic food products such as organic seeds, vegetables, weeds, and toys (Reno, 2007).
