Introduction

Operations management is an important factor in any business is whether an individual or team, which is implementing it. In our society, we no longer believe that the management of a company of entrepreneurs in terms of a person to act, but rather as a team effort. Each member has expertise and business systems of a functional area of understanding and temperament and training to work towards a common goal is to group the other members.

Regardless of system or organization, and management functions are the same: (1) design, (2) planning, (c) organizations, (4) guidance (5) control. Management of a company or organization is to establish goals and objectives, and planning on how to achieve them. This is the system management, organization and guidance, so that its goals can be achieved. Finally, management must be able to analyze the system work in order to gain control and to correct any changes from the planning process to achieve the desired goals. These features, people, and management processes must be coordinated and must be functional in these technologies, if they are to achieve through the efforts of others, their goals.

All organizations have operations. Operations Management is the ability of managers and professional and technical personnel to handle the operations and the functions of an organization. The lower level is for basic operations, such as the production of goods and moving them out the door. A manufacturing company can run their operations in a small space. In operations management, we must be driven by the concept of constantly improving our service to the customers, where "customer" refers to the process of the future and, finally, the primary objective of external users. Since, it is a business function in the operation of each element in each sector, in every operation of an organization every employee should work together for his or her own improvement and the management elements. It is important to note that technical expertise is often sought from peers and colleagues, rather than from the management level employees
