A lot of organization's strategies have been formulated by considering the business processes of the organization. It can, at some point in the future, could prove to be an internal meltdown. If the organization's growth ever follows a downward slope, organization would have to re-formulate its strategies.

The company develops its sales budget, as well as the stock plan on the basis of the current trends. The tactics are made one (1) year ahead of the style which is identified. Strategic scenario, the corporate profit of the Corporation will increase by 3.4% in 2012. The organization conducts diverse decision making meetings throughout the seasonal process (Samiee, 1995). These meetings involve the discussions of the latest styles. In addition, various styles are either accepted or rejected in these meetings. The decisions of pricing are also discussed and finalised.

The organization spends a large portion of its time on buying the raw materials. It is because the company strives to buy the best fabric in order to produce its products. It is because the errors in the quality of raw materials can be rectified. However, mistakes in the final goods can be rectified. The mistakes in the final goods are more costly than the mistakes in the raw materials (Su & Zhang, 2008). The organization often buys semi-processed or un-coloured fabric for its products. This strategy helps the organization when the company immediately needs the product.

Additionally, companies will not likely return to the pre-recession levels of leverage, which will temper the magnitude of profit upswings and downturns (Rohwedder & Johnson, 2008). Finally, with an interest rate increase planned for early 2013, higher interest payments will start cutting into profit. The current strategic direction of the company also indicates that corporate profit will grow at an average of 6.12% annually for the remainder of the next five years, but it will demonstrate considerable volatility from year to year. This trend is noted in the diagram below:

The company is a vertically-integrated brand of fashion clothing. The organization is vertically-integrated since the brand controls its manufacturing and distribution. In addition to this, the company owns its own designers. Economic environment exerts its influence in terms of interest rates, taxes, inflation, and exchange rates.
