Introduction

An organization is considered to be a social group which makes the tasks distribution in order to achieve a collective goal. Organization is a collective unit of people, which is structured systematically and used for the purpose of meeting and achieving a collective goal. The example of organization can be a university.

Organizational analysis is very important factor for any organization. It is very necessary for the organizations that they should properly analyze their organizations and its functionalities on regular basis. The concept of organizational analysis is basically the analysis of the performance assessment of the organization, the recruitment policies, and retirement policies, structure of the organizations and different financial aspects of the organization. Thus it can be easily said that organizational analysis is very important for the organizations in order to understand different aspects of an organization. Organizational analysis helps the companies in getting complete knowledge and information of the current standings of the company, and the future aspects whether company can reach (Schneider, 2003, p. 56). Therefore, it is very necessary for the companies that they should conduct a proper analysis of their organizations.

In this assessment I will use Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Ltd.which is located in Thailand because I find it as a very successful organization from where I can gain a complete knowledge about the ways through which an organization can be analyzed. Mercedes Thailand is a very successful organization and it can be helpful for me in order to explore the organizational activities of the company. In order to conduct this assessment, I will use the paradigms discovered by me, than the methodology describing the data collection methods, then the findings which will be against the literature review. Thus, this will be the main structure of this assessment.

Methodology

In order to conduct the data on the organizational analysis of Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Ltd., I have used both the primary and secondary data collection methods. For the purpose of collecting the primary data, I were allowed to access of some information in Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Ltd., from where I succeeded to gain reliable and authentic data. Thus, I have also asked some questions from my relative, who held the General Manager of Human Resources Department, Mr.Pipop Laocum, in Mercedes-Beenz (Thailand) Ltd. which helped me in gaining the knowledge about the culture and the ethics being followed in the company. I have also collected the data through different secondary data collection methods. The data about the organizational analysis of Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Ltd. have been gathered through different sources like the journals, magazines, company's website and the interviews from the different officials and employees related to Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Ltd.

Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Ltd is an automotive company which has its operations under Dailmer AG. Dailmer AG is considered to be the largest manufacturer of the vehicles of Mercedes-Benz which has started its operations in January 14th 1998.
