Introduction

Effective management in an organization plays a prominent role in management of the organizational performance. Management plays a crucial role in the organizational effectiveness. Organizational performance is one of the important construct of management research. Organizational performance is mainly related to market circumstances and stakeholders. There are many factors, which affect the, organizational performance. Organization is mainly affected by the employee performance, and it is necessary that the performance management of the employees should be effectively managed. Employee should be satisfied with their job, and they should be motivated by the higher management in order to effectively.

The factors, which affect the, organizational performance, are very helpful ion increasing the organizational effectiveness and they help the organization in becoming successful. Therefore, the managers and manager play a vital role in this regard.

Development of Vision

The foundation of a vision is reality. The management should develop an explanation of reality by creating a vision statement. The explanation of reality must describe the real situation, the process leading to that vision and the price you pay to get to realize it. Manager speaks of "us" and not "me." Enlist others in the view with the intention of reaching a common perspective for capturing their values, interests, hopes and dreams (Brown, Duguid, 2001, pp. 40). A manger should have an apparent idea about his organization's budget and the yearly or monthly results. Every manager should know about this and should be fully aware of the mission, values and vision of the company. The manager should also communicate these visions and missions to his team members and should make sure that the members clearly understand them. Understanding the vision of the organization is also a key factor of the management qualities. The manager who is outstanding in his duties makes sure that a strong sense of purpose is present throughout the organization. They highlight poignant association for employees with a main spotlight on ethical and passion purposes.A manager should rivet individuals in producing visions due to the differentiation it makes to them. Vision is necessary for any organization as it inspires and creates passion among the people (Argote, 2009, p.89). She should articulate the high purposes, support individuals through targets and objectives. In the middle, of this rising views is a concept that the management principally associates with vision and change. This fact was quickly followed by many emerging managers.

Outstanding manager is concerned about the arrangement of the present situation also the future and in the poignant association of individuals to the visions. When speaking about their performance as a manager, they are probably more inclined to remark on how they manage and organize individuals or teams. Outstanding manager depict more apprehension for how the visions will be met and what will be its effect on the individuals (Moreland, Myaskovsky, 2000, pp. 117).
