Introduction

Intel Corporation is the largest manufacturer of integrated circuits in the world, according to its annual turnover. The company is the creator of the series of processors x86, processors commonly found in most personal computers. Intel was founded on July 18, 1968 as Integrated The electronics Corporation (although a common misconception is that "Intel" comes from the intelligence) by semiconductor pioneers Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore, and often associated with executive leadership and vision of Andrew Grove.

Problem Statement

The problem to discuss in this paper is “Employees involved in developing chip sets and the same hardware equipment, for a considerable length of time, might lose their creativity and innovation spark. How this situation can be avoided?”

Literature Review

Intel dominates the microprocessor market. Currently, Intel's main competitor in the market is Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), a company with which Intel had technology-sharing agreements, each partner could use technological innovations patented by the other party at no cost and with which has been embroiled in lawsuits crossed. The other historic competitor in the x 86 markets, Cyrix, finished integrated into VIA Technologies, which maintains the VIA C3 in the market for low-power equipment. In contrast, the rise of the team's core processors with the ARM that threaten to devour the mobile PC market is becoming a serious rival.

Analysis of the Problem

In order to analyze the problem it is necessary to highlight the key issues facing currently by the company. Thus, the research approached data gathering uses qualitative methods. The qualitative approach aims to find ways and approaches to retain the innovation-spark in the hardware developer for the longer length of time.
