I.Introduction

The American legislative proposal called to be “Dream Act” i.e. acronym for Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors was introduced on August 1, 2001 in Senate, however recently it had been changed and reintroduced on May 11, 2011. Moreover, in this bill certain changes are taken under consideration including, the conditional residency to illegal alien-students of nice moral character whom graduate U.S schools. The "current system," had not been seriously overhauled in 20 years, resulting in a sagging policy under which millions of illegal immigrants used forged and counterfeit documents or lapse visas to live and work in the United States.

II.        The Changes in DREAM Act

The DREAM Act to approve two foremost alterations to living legislation:

The law allows certain:

1.      DREAM immigrant scholars who increased up in the U.S. to request for provisional lawful rank and finally get enduring house and the right to U.S. citizenship if you proceed to school or assist in the U. S. Army, and (Feder, 2250).

III. Benefits of the Project
