Introduction

Study Aims & Objectives

The aim of this thesis is the study to investigate advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing in less developed countries. This study consists of offshore outsourcing as one of most important phenomena affecting least developed positively and negatively.

Perception of people towards outsourcing has been key factors in less developed countries to consider their context and put into practice as part of its economic strategy. Therefore, main objectives of this study is to determine advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing in less developed countries .. Specifically, study aims to achieve following objectives:

• Conduct literature review on fundamental concepts of outsourcing

• Provide background study on outsourcing in least developed countries

• Examine advantages and disadvantages to consider outsourcing

Study of practice involves an analysis of secondary data and information relating to subcontracting, in particular advantages and disadvantages that posts of LDCs. This goal can be achieved by conducting the detailed review of literature relevant to development of outsourcing theory, history of outsourcing in least developed countries, and pros and cons of outsourcing in LDCs.

Rationale of the Study

This study covers areas of outsourcing, developed countries, least developed countries, intellectual property protection in outsourcing, foreign direct investment and advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing in study countries.This less developed in deductive approach.
