Introduction

Enlightening group efforts have revealed that worldwide coverage increases comprehensive nursing care viewpoints as well as enriching compassion. A multitude of volunteer organizations promote cultural exchange and awareness, including UNICEF, People to People International, and Project Hope (Lance, 2007). A variety of programs offer hands-on clinical care and diversity through team methods. San Francisco State University's school of nursing has initiated travel programs to Italy, Peru, Thailand, Ghana, and the United Kingdom, with a goal of exposing students to differences and similarities in the family-centered care. Augmenting nurses' universal point of views eases the headship progress and grounding. Pediatricians and nurse practitioners also described a high level of satisfaction with the screening and intervention protocols. Definition of Nursing
