The performance of employees is the cornerstone for developing the effectiveness and success of a company, for this reason there are a constant interest of companies to improve employee performance through ongoing programs of training and development. In recent years, the administration has sought to optimize performance of their resources to create competitive advantage humans. Given that performance is an important variable in the development of companies and their management, this is the object of study of this trial. Various researchers say that performance management can be a useful tool to align company objectives and individual objectives. This results in successful operations. In my opinion evaluation of work performance of employees is a technical process through which, comprehensively, systematically and continuously carried out by their immediate superiors, valued the whole attitudes, job performance and behavior of the employee in the performance of their duties and perform its functions in terms of timeliness, quality and quantity of services produced. The evaluation of human resources is a process designed to identify and communicate the partners, how they are performing their work and, in principle, to develop plans improvement (Radin, 1998, 307).
