Persistant racial inequalities in the educational system

The world is full of inequalities. In the USA, there are many inequalities among the diverse races. Taking note in the dissimilar educational backgrounds in the unlike groups is the key when analyzing the inequalities among the different races. The USA, the territory of opportunity, does give the American Dream. Though, the American Dream must come with equal quality education for all. Education is the foundation that affects people for the rest of their lives in the area of inequality between the races in income, in the workforce, and in unemployment.

Obviously in any society slavery is that worst thing which snatches the independence of the individual, in the story of African American white treated blacks as a slave that's why they let them to work as a labor. The blacks witnessed the worst of times, were subjected to all kinds of tortures and discriminations11. The civil rights movement helped them come out of this dark era. The slavery practice in America had taken from Portugal. African Slave Trade was first started in the region which is now-a-days called Caribbean and with the passage of time practice spread towards the southern coasts of America and then the other parts of that region.

The African send to the America forcefully were of every age group and gender, and distributed the tasks among them according to their age and gender. Like men were used to look after of the outside works such as working in the farms and working in other outside works. Women were allocated the work in the houses for the daily life quality routine work like cooking and washing2. On the other hand, boys were to take care of the farms by food bailing and vehicles with crops. Young girls were as usual allocated in the house for the cooking and cleaning. In the beginning, they have tried to take Indians under their slavery but they didn't get too much success. That's why they need to take Africans into the slavery as an alternative. These African slaves were shipped from Africa and they were sold in the market of American with very good prices. They have given the name of this unlawful trade as “The Triangular Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade”. This shameful trade was done through a very organized way, in which Americans used to travel to Africa for bringing the goods, but they captured Africans and took them to the Caribbean region, and later on took the crops and manufacture goods and bring with them back to the Europe12. Because of this trade Africans people were fully cut off from their society, environment and culture but they still kept their culture like they were very in field of agriculture, musical practices and religious beliefs.
