Personal Philosophy as a Nurse

Being a nurse, my philosophy hubs something like to be capable of providing compassionate, sympathetic, holistic, and traditionally-receptive care to patients and their family members. Throughout my practice, I will give care centered on patient's needs and will help them out to gain their utmost healthier state on the continuum of health-illness. I will be honest and proficient at the time of having communication with the patients and their carers. I will stay away from disagreement on every possible occasion and will resolve the issues when they come up in a supportive way. I will be autocratic regarding everyone's convictions.

According to my perception, the fundamental and necessary responsibilities of nursing career, role of Advanced Nurse in this profession is assisting the patients for their health and welfare in a certified method. And in the field of medicine, health is generally described as the ability of an organism to answer effectively to stressors and efficiently re-establish and maintain a balanced state, which is called homeostasis, and health is commonly employed to identify a vigorous equilibrium between body and mind and the soul that consequences in a general sensation of fitness and comfort.

Disease or sickness can be characterized as a status of deprived wellness. My convictions relating to individual role are accountable for my acts, decisions, and outcomes of what I have done and what I am carrying out currently. And my faiths regarding the making ethical decisions are anything beneficial for people around me and not harmful for them and what is beneficial or harmful for me too.

What is my viewpoint regarding life? As an individual I accept as true that human beings survive to help out and serve up people and be assisted by others as well. We take care of one another. Also, it is my belief that as a member of serving staff, I have to carry out the most excellent services I can give, and as a receiver of service, I do not anticipate over. Providing and getting back is not supposed to be equivalent. My viewpoint of life is offering more and anticipating less or no recurring. Give respect and stay affable for others. Do not look for issues and do not become antagonistic to the people around you. Stay away from arguments where possible and resolve clashes in an accommodating method.
