Personal Philosophy of Leadership for Excellence

     The distributed standards of humanity declare the alternative to assist life as the most attractive aim for a human being to have.  No marvel, some of the utmost managers in the annals of humanity, for example the Buddha, the Christ, Gandhi, and Martin Luther King, Jr. extend to motivate persons to select to assist life.  I, too, have been motivated by such managers to take up this beliefs as my own. 

     Any foremost who makes this alternative is anticipated to assist the broader concerns of dwelling beings.  Such a foremost may assist to eradicate illiteracy and scarcity over the globe; find modes to therapy AIDS and cancer; or easily save the planet from the consequences of international warming.  This foremost would not be inspired by his self concerns solely, for example the upkeep of his high rank in humanity, or the hoarding of wealth.  Rather, he would motivate his followers to assist him assist the life on our planet.  It does not issue if his efforts are far-reaching and all-encompassing or not.  It is his aim solely that affairs, glimpsing that his followers are anticipated to extend his work in any case.        

     While the 'choice to assist life' may be the intrinsic aim of a foremost, I accept as factual that it is identically significant for him to realise his “internal causes of strength” so as to be productive in his connections with self and followers (Covey, 1999).  According to Covey, the leader's beliefs should be centralised on a set of values that assist him to stay unshaken in the face of trials.  He recounts the significance of centering the beliefs thus: 

     Centering life on correct values is the key to evolving this wealthy interior power in our lives, and with this power we can recognize numerous of our dreams.  A center protects, guides, empowers.  Like the hub of a wheel, it unifies and integrates.  It's the centre of individual and organizational missions.  It's the base of culture.  It aligns distributed standards, organisations, and systems (Covey). 

     The scribe talks about four proportions or values of centering that make yearned outcomes in all situations.  These values are: security, guidance, wisdom, and power.  All standard centralised managers cultivate these four “internal causes of power (Covey).”
