Operational Activities

I am associated with the railway department. I have to manage all the activities and regarding railway operations. I have to spend most of the time with people around the railway and work outside. I have to coordinate people who work around and guide them their work. I have a huge responsibility of hundred people around the railway site. I manage my team and assign the task to them.
