Personal Application

To apply the concept on my personal behavior or nonverbal communication, I am at the learning phase to understand the nonverbal behavior and the silent message of others. This, at times, puts me in a chaotic situation to select a suitable tone of conversation that can lead to a win-win client negotiation. My communication skills are good as far as verbal and written communication is concerned; however, I might need to concentrate on grooming my senses and ability to judge not only others body gesture, but also to recognize the unforeseen variations and movements in my body language that may fail to capture the client's approval in any given agreement.

Transition

I need to build on my patience and caliber to take time to read and thoroughly understand the unspoken meanings and communication signals in a given business scenario. This understanding and stamina to hear the unspoken words can help me to improve my business relations with clients and it may foster my future business connections and professional relationship on the career ladder.
