Introduction

This discussion is on the book Politics in Mexico by Roderic Al Camp written on the political culture of Mexico & citizen participation & role in the political process.

Political parties, groups, ideological position & social development & organizational strategy are to obtain the legal form of the power & to exercise it for its benefits. These represent different ideas, viewpoints & the entire length & width of the position of the interests of national survival to ensure pluralism & diversity expand citizens to participate in the program in order to select them is the basic condition of democratic life. However, when the ideal political party has no power to access & contribute to the interests of all citizens and to the members of his own destruction then this might cost the lives of our citizens. (Francis., 1995)

It is very difficult to make a change but not impossible to start to change ourselves, change our way of life, leaving behind the corruption & taking responsibility. We have so much in citizen participation in the political process such as elections because our vote is meaningless due to which our state will not move forward. Mexico is our country and we must appreciate the efforts & struggle of our people. We must continue to fight & always remember our national responsibility.

Political Structure

In Mexico, the gradual democratization started in 2000 when the presidential selection process concerning the country's political turn brought about a critical point. The current political culture in Mexico is relatively slow in-terms of democratic & non-democratic government supports. On the other hand, low interpersonal belief, tolerance & low level to respect the high priority as compared to other issues. Education is a vital determinant of the value of democracy and individual differences are very important factors of it. (Francis., 1995)

The relatively high support of democracy and low rate of tolerance in people are of great importance to respect others. Past experiences also shows that the Mexicans have been strengthened over the past few years which make it difficult to assess whether a comprehensive avenue of stars is expanding or shrinking the democratic values with both self-governing & non-democratic values. (Francis., 1995)
