Introduction

I still remember my mother has told me choosing a job you are desired to do and have interests in it is very important. I'm always thinking about these words when I think about my future life. Actually, I have had the desire to be a person like my father who is my role model and runs his own business very well for a long time. The reason for this thought is very easy. Because my father is a successful businessman, he can give whatever I want easily and give me a happy family. Just because of this, I want to be a person like him. However, my thought is changing while I'm growing up. For sure, I still want to have a job related to business, but I make my vision specially. I want to have a job related to the fashion business. I make this decision by thinking about my mother's word and combining my desire and interests. To be a businesswoman is my desire; however, I like fashion, and I want it to be a part of my whole life. Therefore, to be a fashion brand marketing director is my career goal for now and future. In order to reach this goal and make my vision come true, I need to know myself specially and have a clearly awareness, strategy and discipline. To make everything ordered, an individual personality development plan is very necessary.

Personality Development Opportunities

To make the plan ordered, first, self-awareness is very important. I can only define my strategy and discipline after I know what my strengths and developmental areas are. However, for me, I'm sure I know these very well. I have strengths on dutifulness, cautions and artistic interests, but I need to improve myself on the areas of cooperation, activity-level and imagination. Knowing myself specially and Improving my developmental areas while continue working on my strengths, I can improve myself comprehensively.

Strengths

The first strength of me is dutifulness. I'm a person who has a strong sense of duty and obligation. For me, I feel dutifulness is very important for a person either as individual or a team member because I believe “no pain, no gain”. As a result, when I receive a work, I pay one hundred percent attention to do it carefully and finish it on time. I arrange my schedule ordered to make sure I don't delay in something. As I doing these, I have made myself become a reliable person. Second, I'm friendliness.
