Introduction

Human's behavior is regulated by a few rules and regulations as prescribed in the Holy Bible. He is judged based on these principles. Religion sets a few rules for regulating human behavior. The divine laws are to be strictly followed by its believers in order to succeed in earthly life and the life hereafter. To be prosperous, the participants of a certain religion are required to follow the rules as they are stated in their Holy Book. Humans shall be judged according to their acts of behaviors on the final day.

Decalogue, the Ten Commandments is a book of principles that describe the rules related to ethics, behavior and worship in Judaism and Christianity. The principles guide the different aspects of moral behavior and set instructions about worshipping God only and prohibiting any form of illegal activity like theft, murder or adultery. God revealed these principles to Moses on Mount Sinai. These principles were the basis of regulating the behaviors of the human race. It is the basic foundation to code of conduct and the legal system in the Western civilizations that are Catholic.
