# A good leader has an exemplary character. It is of utmost importance that a leader is trustworthy to lead others. A leader needs to be trusted and be known to live their life with honestly and integrity. A good leader “walks the talk” and in doing so earns the right to have responsibility for others. True authority is born from respect for the good character and trustworthiness of the person who leads. There are numerous features to notify if somebody is a good foremost, but only three stand out. Responsibility is when certain thing or somebody takes care of another. To be a good foremost, they should have responsibility.

Ambitious

A good leader is enthusiastic about their work or cause and also about their role as leader. People will respond more openly to a person of passion and dedication. Leaders need to be able to be a source of inspiration, and be a motivator towards the required action or cause. They need to watch out for the activities they make, and be careful of the persons who adore and believe them (Hooke and Jeeves 2001 25)."

Charsmatic

In alignment to be powerful, they need to be powerful. Good managers are habitually strong. They do not inevitably have to be muscular, they just need to be adept to take possibilities and be the brave one in the group. When a foremost gets shoved down, they stand right back up and battle for what they accept as factual in. However, that foremost desires to confirm they approach in what they accept as factual in the right way.
