This report has focus on health care industry and Epworth Hospital Melbourne, which is the Victoria largest nonprofit organization and offers the service of cardiac for their patient, and determines that the quality issues that their customer has been the face over there. The reports have determined that the major issues that are relates to the quality management that Epworth has mainly relates to the professional structure, physician behavior due to deficiency of knowledge in one of the big challenge. In the end of the report, there are some recommendations that will help them to overcome the issues related with quality management In Epworth hospital.

Quality is defined as the satisfaction of degree for a customer or users. The essential and leading point of quality is that the quality is determined by the evaluation of the customer, not the criteria of provider. Quality is the characteristics of an entity that bears the needs of expectations. The quality is considered and regard with anything that includes product, services, system, project, process, task, work, management and organization (Giorgidze, 2012). The core purpose of maintaining quality by the organization is to become the customer oriented. There is another way say that quality criteria has been the base on external criteria; (base on the customer) not the internal criteria (supplier view point). The methods of the quality management can be used in any category of issues. Quality achievement methods in the other terms known to be called as achievement of firm's objectives. The issues that occur for managing quality can be resolved through the quality management methods.

In quality management, this is an interesting thing that should be learned that the goal of the organization should be customer satisfaction. If this though is understood by the organization employees than then all people are able to understand their respective roles within the organization and after identifying their objective perform their job very successfully. Quality management is the method to make ensure that organization designs the product or services in effective and efficient manner (Honarpour et .al, 2012). The quality is viewed simplistic with putting simply the quality standard so people can easily observe organization standard of quality they offer to them. Loyalty of customer and superior quality has gone hand to hand. Loyalty had been determined as the direct customer loyalty; customer is become less price sensitive when he availed the best quality services from health care industry.
