Research Methods and Questionnaire on Change Management in Organization

Background of the Study

The purpose of this study is to explore impact of transformative organizational change on employee willingness to work in the organisation, through the analysis of questionnaire that will be filled by a sample population. The sample population is comprised of 200 employees of an organization that has undergone an organizational change that is controlled by the higher management. In this process of change the roles of many employees have been changed and there are few employees who still work on their same role in order to improve the benefits of the working conditions of the employees. There are many changes in the environment and working conditions of the employees. These changes have been made by the management in order to motivate the employees within the working conditions.

Research Objectives

Reform initiatives are part of almost every organization. All the organizations go under the process of change due to many reasons. These reasons usually represent the collective objectives for the betterment of the organization or a collective change that provides benefits to the employees (Sinclair, 1995). In the given case, the organization goes under the process of change that has changed the role of many employees as well as the change also added many benefits to the employees. This has made impact on the employees at work as it also included the changes regarding the introduction of a number of family-friendly work arrangements to help working parents with childcare arrangements. Therefore, the research objectives of the dissertation are as follow:

To learn and develop the understanding of improvement initiative in a program in order to view the organization as a system with interrelated part and the improvement program.

To understand and utilize the improvement techniques that effectively integrates and changes the perception of the employees as a motivation to work.

To understand the effectiveness of proper initiative: role of the management and the leaders in struggle with figuring out how to take advantage of the new technique without losing the value of the existing one and integrate the unfamiliar with the familiar.

To understand the role of the organization in implementing the humanistic values in the work culture.

To understand the impact of the positive change on the motivation of the employees through providing benefits.

To find out whether the changes have satisfied the employees to stay in the organisation.

To know the employees' perspective of the change that whether they think they are benefited by these changes or not.

Research Questions

What are the improvement initiatives in the change program that view the organization as a system with interrelated part and the improvement program?

What are the improvement techniques that effectively integrate and change the perception of the employees as a motivation to work?
