The race is not biological but social, for me it means that being of any race can be decided by human being because it's a biological phenomenon, if someone is dark it means he or she treat himself or herself in the manner by which their biological conditions lead them towards dark color. It is the practice of human beings that create races due to their routines, intake of foods, daily activities, nutrition taken by them, and vitamins intake. People from different regions have different races some are dark, some are fair like people of East Asia, some are very dark like people of Africa, and some are white like people of western region. Skin of human have different colors which are dependent on melanin, an insoluble pigments that account for the color of e.g. skin and scales and feathers, present in human body. This insoluble pigments protects human skin from ultra violet rays emitting from the sun which damage human's upper layer of skin (Gallagher, 2007).
