The study basically ascribes the matter of traffic signal simulator. Radio frequencies are frequencies or frequency bands in the range 3 kHz - 3000 GHz, which assigned the code name. This range corresponds to frequency of alternating current electrical signals for generating and detecting radio waves. Since most of the range lies beyond the boundaries of the waves, which can be obtained by mechanical vibration, radio frequencies are usually related to the electromagnetic fluctuations. Although the use of the word radio broadcasts television, radio, radar and mobile include in this class of radio frequency emissions. Other uses include audio, video, navigation, emergency services and data transmission by digital radio, both in civil and military. They are also used by amateur radio. Radio Astronomy is also a very vast use of radio frequency. Many astronomical objects emit radio frequency. In some cases, where wide ranges and in other cases involving a frequency that corresponds to a spectral line. Radar is the next device where radio frequency is used in common. The radar is a system that uses electromagnetic waves to measure distances, altitudes, directions and speeds of static objects or moving as aircraft, ships, vehicles powered, weather formation, and the land itself. Its operation is being based on issuing a pulse of radio, which reflects in the lens and typically receives in the same position of the issuer. From this "echo" can extract a wealth of information.

Infrared radiation is intuitively perceived by mere exposure of skin to the heat from a hot spring in the dark, but it was proved in 1800 by William Herschel, an astronomer English original German, by means of a simple experiment: Herschel had the idea to place a thermometer to mercury in the spectrum obtained by a prism of glass to measure the heat for each colour. Infrared is a type of light that cannot see with our eyes. Our eyes can only see what we call visible light. Infrared light provides special information that we cannot get visible light. It shows how much heat has something and gives us information about the temperature of an object. Infrared is used in night vision equipment when there is insufficient visible light to see. Night-vision devices work through a process involving the transfer of photons of the ambient light in the electrons that gets amplified by the chemical, electrical, process, and then converted to visible light. Sources of infrared light can be use to increase the ambient light available for conversion through night-vision devices, and increase the visibility, in the dark without actually using a source of visible light. Should be used infrared light and night vision devices can not be confused with thermal imaging which creates images on the basis of differences in surface temperature by detecting infrared radiation (heat) emitted by objects and the surrounding environment.
