The culture is an integral synthetic or social environment, allows a person in a broad sense, i.e., society, to meet his total needs. Culture solves problems of man and society, which arise as a result of human and social existence. Understanding the relationship needs of society and the problems that arise in the satisfaction and culture as an instrument of the highest level to meet the needs we have to show the connection between its elements, to see once again the relationship between cause and effect.
