Real Estate Change Management

Introduction

As a central theme in social science research in the field of work and organization, the study of change has achieved contemporary significance beyond the confines of early discussions of women at work. In every known culture, change is a major category for the organization of cultural and social relations, although specific cultural expectations vary from society to society. And color woman is the token charter in the organization, and the capitalists exploit working class (Niskanen 2005). I argue that Real Estate Company is a changed organization, which each position has its change preference. It follow the pattern of changed organizations are the total pattern of change relations- token stereotypical expectations, interpersonal relationship, and men's and women's different placements in social, economic, and political hierarchies. Most importantly, the exploitation is hidden the surface. I will present three theories to illustrate my argument. I will identify each of them with definitions, analysis and conclusion.

This is considerably small real estate team which consists of approximately fifty employees. The company consists of twenty-six realtors the rest services staff. The authority structure is simple but the social structure is very complex. The boss of the real estate team, who is an agent broker, is in charge of the decision-making process. He makes all the decisions about how to run the office and the realtor's team.

Thesis Statement

This organization is a branch under a big corporation called RE/MAX. This organization is licensed by local and state governments. The branch also needs to be approved by the corporation's headquarters. Each real estate team is independently owned and operated; therefore, each real estate team is responsible for own legal activities. Each branch real estate team competes against each other.

First Theory-Change Organization

In order to define Change Organization, we have understood what is change? Change is a social, not biological, concept, referring to the entire array of social patterns that we associate with women and men in society (Ziobrowski and Gibler 2000). Being a woman or a man is a social and cultural process which is constructed through the whole array social, political, economic, and cultural experiences in a given society.
