Introduction

Little Red Riding Hood is a tale belonging to the oral tradition. In Europe, it is mainly known through versions collected and transcribed by Charles Perrault in France and by the brothers Grimm in Germany. It was published first in France in 1697 by Perrault in The Tales of Mother Goose. This is a tale-type 333 according to the Aarne-Thompson classification (Maria, 2004).

The fairy tale "Little Red Riding Hood" is without doubt one of the most famous tales of Europe. Over time, the story has changed in many ways, it has been variously interpreted and presented again and again close to new moral statements.
