BNSF is a functional organization which aligns its strategic performance with individual and collective group performance. BNSF strategy is a more variety-based position focusing on proactive networks capabilities, to create efficient transportation haulage of goods and services for its customer. (Porter, 1996)

This is achieved by improving our communications network and employee performance. Data "as well as freight" is moved by continuous improvement in the company's communications network. At BNSF, strategic performance equates from organizational alignment plus employee motivation. The belief is that both are essential in obtaining extraordinary performance. BNFS, belief is that efficient organizational setting and motivated employees are correlated and interdependent variable. To date, BSNF quarterly results for customer satisfaction among internal-end users continue to improve. LOB Communications Network BNSF uses a strategy of deploying network telecommunications to manage to move trains (Kaufman, 2005). Our network consists of various tracks and telecommunication support for our dispatchers. Our tracks stretch from Eastern Alabama to the Pacific coast. Our dispatchers can track the location of a train and schedule runs to maximize our deliveries (BNSF Railway, 2005).

The strategy that I am going to confer is about my organization naming “BNSF”. This strategy enables us to run more than one train on the same track at the same time. Our communication improvements enable dispatchers to monitor the trains and BNSF speed allowing them to direct them to side tracks when necessary. For example, two trains may be running on the same track (one running from the North and one running from the South) which will intersect in St. Paul. This innovated strategy is most feasible in order to facilitate massive people. To create the willingness of work, BSNF is providing the Employee Recognition Strategy, which shares the achievement, participations, and contribution of BNSF employees in the organizational setting.
