Introduction

Student education currently makes us to ask ourselves not only on the framework and training programs, but also content which could encourage the learning of prospective students.  On the one hand, it goes without saying that these contents are related to different subjects taught in schools, for example, the teaching of languages, science, mathematics and the arts.  On the other hand, as it is a professional who recognizes the growing importance of the exercise of reflective practice, it is essential to stimulate reflection on the educational relationship in this training. The design of this relationship is dependent on how the person who intends to teach lived and conceived the act of teaching, it becomes necessary to ask how it is possible that this reflection triggers a process of questioning and change in the student.  That this thinking is reflected in the courses on the study of development in the form of meetings that emphasize the recognition of messages embedded in attitudes or work in groups and subgroups on the representations, it does fact remains that the awareness of what learning and teaching is always a double challenge in the context of training. I believe that kolby learning style may be contributing to a concept that describes the student learning and understanding of how he learns and what he conceives to be as professional education.  Thus, in recognizing that there is a diversity of styles, it may become possible to design a practice that reflects more than one way to learn. (Kolb, 2003, pp. 207)

It would however be presumptuous to believe that the mere process of kolby learning style triggers a process of questioning and change.  It is therefore important to consider the use of kolby learning style n the context of student education while taking account of its contribution and its limitations. (Witkin, 2006, pp. 420)

I recognize that the use of kolby learning style can contribute to respect for differences among learners.  To do this, it is necessary that the student reflect on her way to learn and teach.  In this use of style, it is also important to take into account various factors such as education in culture, age and sex of the learner.  It is also possible to consider this concept as a valuable resource in developing and revising a curriculum as well as in establishing a dialogue on the act of teaching.
