Introduction

Rehabilitation of (legal), is the abolition of unjustified accusations an innocent person or group of persons because of "lack of evidence." Rehabilitation differs from the amnesty; pardon the full restoration of the rights and reputation because of a false (incorrect) accusation. Miscarriages of justice existed among all peoples and all times, respectively, and rehabilitation has been known since ancient times (Glenn, 2006).
