Introduction

There have been growing concerns over rising remuneration inequality on the basis of race in the last decade. Racism and behaviors that fed by causing complex phenomena in which there is a great deal of imagination and fantasy (those who are different is a threat even if not physically present). The three new laws "racism", "gender" and "general law against discrimination" tend to make the legislation more comprehensive, more effective for victims and clarify the system of sanctions. Judges will use one of laws rather than another depending on the discrimination. At work places, there is a limited employment opportunity for people of foreign origin, which causes great insecurity and poverty in the media as television few people of various descents.
