Research Methodology

Introduction

The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by exploring some relevant literature relating to the research methodology and methods we used in our research paper. In this assignment, we have explained and defended our research methodology by explaining and evaluating our underlying philosophical methodology, which also includes considerations of an epistemological and ontological nature. Are there any easy and precise rules to conduct an empirical investigation? The researcher must have, if not with something definitive and infallible if at least standards that save elementary waste of effort and time. For this reason, I will devote this work explain the methods best known in practical research, all with a view to point out the different strategies that we have at hand and that we use in our future work as engineers of systems, as our field development typically is to solve problems of various kinds.

In the next section, we will conduct a critical analysis of the research methodology adapted by us in our previous research paper. This evaluation will also show how why the peculiar position taken is relevant to this research and how it will inform the nature and quality of the conclusions. We will also define and contrast different methods that can be used in conducting a research. Similarly, the selection of methods, data collection and analytical techniques will be evaluated in terms of how appropriate they are for our research. This essay will also address any ethical problems implicit in the methodology and how these may be minimised. Therefore, the primary purpose of this paper is to evaluate the merits and demerits of our methodology used in the research paper.

Research Background

The research was based on strategic changes that are planned in relation to repositioning services to meet the needs of service. For this, a social service model will be developed that will be based on prevention rather than dependence. Part of this approach includes the development of multidisciplinary call centres which will act as a single point of access for services.

Critical Analysis of Research Methodology

Since the nature of our research is subjective, therefore, we have decided to select qualitative method for our research. Furthermore, it was required to analyze the circumstances of Wale's call centre service industry. Therefore, majority of the data was collected through secondary analysis and the rest of the data was collected through surveys. Qualitative methodology, as its precise name, has the objective of describing the qualities of a phenomenon.

The purpose of selecting qualitative method for our research is that it not only proves or measures how well a certain quality is found in a given event, but discovers many qualities as possible. In qualitative research, in depth understanding of the phenomenon is focused rather than accuracy. The origins of qualitative methods are in antiquity, but from the nineteenth century with the rise of science social - especially in sociology and anthropology - this approach starts to develop ...
