Abstract
The most significant capital of any organization is its human resource. Therefore, effective management of human capital is significant to the success of any organization. This paper aims at understanding the role and concept of capital human resource model in education sector. In achieving a holistic performance for every entity, it is generally believed that the entity must heavily invest in advance technology. However, human capital management is the other aspect, in which the entity must invest in order to attain holistic performance. Since, education is an economic good as it is not easily accessible in many parts of the world. Therefore, it must be allocated. This paper is intended to provide a broad concept of capital human resource model, where it fits into the education sector, and the significance of effectively managing human resource in education sector. It is generally believed that education is the engine of growth for any country. The paper hypothesizes that education is greatly influential in enhancing the production capacity of a nation, and further discusses the rationality of investing in human capital. The research findings identifies the empirical evidences of the capital human resource model in education sector, which reveals that there is a positive relationship between economic growth and development and investment in education sector. Standards for applying the capital human resource model in education sector, and possible limitations of the theory were identified, and insinuations for educational development highlighted. Lastly, the paper concludes that the education sector may contribute positively towards boosting the economic growth and development in a country, by meeting the talent-demand needs of the economy.

Introduction
Education is regarded as a consumer and capital good as it provides utility to the consumer and also aids as an input into the production of other goods and services. It is also regarded as an economic good as it is not easily accessible and must be allocated. Human capital, essential for the economic and social reformation of any country, is also a product of education. It is widely believed that education is responsible to produce citizens with enhanced skills and also helps to elevate the standard of living in a society. Therefore, for educating people to become a skilled resource for their respective organizations, there is a significant role of capital human resource model in the education sector. This research proposal discusses the literature review, in detail. The aims and objectives of the study and the research questions are also presented, which reveals the significant concepts, questions and hypothesis of the study. Finally, the methodology, expected results and possible limitations, of the study, are stated.
