Executive Summary

The purpose of staff training and development is to help companies improve the level of profitability through better collaboration, the value of specialists, as well as their professional level. The issue of managing performance requires prior understanding of the international training system, and especially understanding the role of actors for investment in continuing education, and more broadly, their interests to create workplace more competitive, innovative and knowledge sharing. Human behavior considered as a set of interrelated actions and deeds of a person under the influence of personal and situational factors for adaptation to the environment. The basic types of conduct for which managers have a good understanding for the successful management of employees' behavior is provide them training and develop their skills in order to manage their performance effectively. The nature of the behavior can be determined in terms of passive and active. In today's competitive environment, managers often face the challenge of managing people with aggressive behavior (aggression - an attack on the rights of others) which is related to the imposition of opinion surrounding the subject, demanding concessions from them to their advantage, making decisions for them and so on. The data also proves the important role of training and development in performance appraisal. The main purpose of training and development in any organization is to enhance the professional skills of the employees so that he can perform in an effective and skillful manner. The role of training in any organization can be measured in such a way that when any individual joins any organization then the organization conducts training for that specific individual. This training is comprised of the orientation of the organization, its policies, the departmental orientation and the job related orientation.
