The Impact of Financial Global Crisis on Dubai's Companies and Organizations

Introduction

Financial global crisis is now day's mostly debated topic. We often hear that unemployment is increasing in US and even countries like Italy and Greece are very close to default. Here, in this thesis, I would be discussing the extent to which companies and organizations in Dubai affected by this global financial crisis. As today Dubai is consider to be the most important financial hub of the world, so this study would be highly beneficial and importance to many of the readers.

Research Question/Hypothesis

Null Hypothesis

H0: Companies in Dubai are largely affected by global financial crisis.

Alternative Hypothesis

HA: Companies in Dubai are not largely affected by global financial crisis.

Type of Research

My research comes under the ambit of Causal-research. Causal research is about finding the relationship between two or more variables. This research is about understanding the relation or cause and effect relationship between variables.

Research Design

The research design explains you the process of this research. What I do is that I take G-8 countries economic data and then find the correlation of those data with sample companies of Dubai. For example, I will find out US economy growth rate correlation with the growth in Profitability of Dubai company/organization.

This research let its reader understand how global financial crisis is affecting the Dubai. The past year Dubai has successfully positioned itself as the center of the world trading and business center. This study will point out the how much Dubai is correlated with the world.
