Purpose and Objectives of the Plan

The aim of this plan is to highlight the essential features for the comprehensive disaster and incident management plan to deal with the critical natural disasters, unforeseen national crises, emergencies etc. The plan portrays that it is not the sole responsibility of any one department to handle such disasters and crises situations such as faced by the Phoenix Arizona.
