Introduction

Walter E. Williams is an outspoken economist in governments and has an accurate responsibility in society. He earned his PhD degree from UCLA in economics and gives speeches, write columns for different newspapers in which he addresses the wrongdoing of America and the issues of government. His book “The State against Blacks” (1982) became the reason behind his fame for which he also received life threats and hatred. He criticized the leftist racism that is why his perception were shifted from left to right though he used to consider himself a libertarian.
