Introduction

I am not agree with the statement as it has been observed that all the matters political or social are discusses in the supreme court of USA. Congress is the strongest political party in USA. The Civil Rights Movement in the United States is the struggle that several African American did and succeeded to add new rights that are for all the people. The Civil Rights Movement in the United States (civil rights movement) mainly refers to the struggle of black Americans to obtain and enjoyment of their civil rights (Walton 2012). If we can consider, in a broad sense, it refers to any struggle for civil rights in the U.S., especially since the end of the Civil War (1861-1865) and until today, and thus including the American Indian Movement, the Chicano Movement, the Black Panther Party, the Black Feminism, the Gay Liberation Front, etc.., is usually meant by this expression the struggles between 1945 and 1970 to halt the racial segregation, especially in southern states. This was mainly a movement of nonviolent to obtain the equal right of every American citizen, which passed through the repeal of racist laws in force in the Southern states. However, certain components of the movement, especially after the First World War, have challenged this method inspired peace by calling for self-defense against the violence of whites.

Symbolized by the emblematic figure of Martin Luther King, a black clergyman and one of the great founders of the use of nonviolent methods in politics, the civil rights movement had a lasting influence on American society, the Once in the tactics used by social movements, the sustainable transformation of the status of black Americans, and exposure to light of a racism persisting in society, in particular, but not limited to the South (Walton 2012).

Composed of many diverse groups, the motion was heterogeneous. Board of Education, which declared unconstitutional the racial segregation in public schools.
