Introduction

The role of transformational leadership is vital for both employees and the organization, this study is concerned about the advantages and disadvantages of the leadership that includes strengths and limitations associated with the leadership approaches. Due to the implementation or the presence of the leadership approaches, an organization can enhance its productivity due to which employees will get more involved which will ultimately affect the performance of an employee. Moreover, as it provides a proper path or the direction which will make the employees more involved which will ultimately affect the organization's vision and the mission. The purpose of this study is to know about the issues related to the management, that includes transformational leadership, employees involvement, employees performance and values of the organizations related to the leadership, management and the polices that help the organizations in coming over the problems that are affecting the overall output of employees and the organization. Furthermore, this study focuses on various theories that are associated with the leadership, management and the good managerial practice in the organizations. There have been various studies or theorists who focused on management and leadership and these studies are evaluated and interpreted in the given part of the study.

Keeping in view the impact of this alteration on staff, which shows that the managers should learn and apply the proactive techniques or methods in managing the staff needs and this, can be done through many changes that are inherent in most of the organizations. In the history of the management there are various theories that include Maslow theory, Theory X, Theory Y, Theory Z and theory W, Herzberg theory and content theory etc. These theories discuss about the issues related to the employee's involvement, their performance and the organizational goals, values and its objectives. In the business environment, key players and the managers are often on the technological change and the processes that their competitiveness in the twenty first Century focuses. The concerns related to leadership are vital, but that does not eventually succeed without the support of personnel to implement. By the assistance of these theories, management can deal with the problems of employees effectively and efficiently. (Amabile, Schatzel, Moneta and Kramer, 2004, pp. 5-32)

An effective leader must play a leadership transition for a successful organizational change. Since the transition leaders have a direct impact on the realization of IT and process change responsible for the results, successful change leaders need to assume different roles change.
