Introduction

Significance of Problem

The variables that are used in the study are mentioned below;

Gender = gender of the respondents

Marital Status = marital status of the respondents

Children = number of children

Age = age of the respondents

Employed = do the participants are employed or not.

Literature Review

Physical exercise is considered as a whole musculo - skeletal motor actions. Exercise can be directed at solving a problem specific engine. Motor actions can be grouped by the need to develop some physical qualities like strength, speed, coordination, flexibility.

Effects of physical exercise

- Opera changes in the mind of the person toward more positive directions regardless of any curative effect. A proper exercise program strengthens the psyche human, producing moderate but positive and sustained impact on certain states of depression, anxiety, stress and psychological wellbeing.

- Increases circulation to the brain, which makes the individual more awake and alert, and improves thought processes.

- Upgrade and strengthen the musculoskeletal system (bones, cartilage, ligaments, and tendons) contributing to increased quality of life and degree of independence especially among older people.

- Extends the time the person socially useful and to improve their physical capacity, cardio-vascular, bone and muscle raises its production levels, so it slows the aging changes. Ensures greater work capacity and support to ensuring the longevity to favor the elimination of toxins and oxidants; it also improves the physical appearance of the person.
