This project has overall strategic facets that emphasis on value. This project aims for bridging the gap between the science and healthcare service delivery in this field.

This project is incorporating IT in business operations. This institute has established a project of telemedicine services for behavioral healthcare services to the patients. The institute has incorporated information technology in consultation services for the provision of services to the patient in remote places. For regular check up and consultation, patients are provided the services through tele-conferencing which saves their time and cost. project is in testing phase. The institute has come up with several issues related to incorporation of IT in the healthcare system. The biggest problem is at the junction of enterprise management in general and the management of its IT department.
