It enables the needy participants to build their own houses in the form of apartments, town houses or single families' homes.Voucher Program for Housing Choice under Section 8 allows qualified buyers to receive help first home monthly expenses like owners instead of help paying their monthly rent. Voucher Program Housing Choice is an assistance program the cost of income on housing, subsidized with federal funds, and formerly known as Section 8. A through HCV Program, low-income families can rent homes safe, decent and hygienic ions available in the private market and owners can benefit financially by receiving all or a portion of the rent.
